I found a link to this on the JMU site. New NCAA transfer regulations seem to be in the works for as early as the 2020 season.

We go through this time after time. Some never will get the idea of a developmental program.
It changes when recruits are added so it wasn’t a final ranking.
Good post. Giving a grade to a class on the basis of there are too few high end kids makes no sense to me.
That is my belly laugh for the day.
"To be fair" special teams in those two years, well, sucked. I forgave Koonce any shortcomings that he may have had when he tackled the JMU punt returner at the 14-yard line with 4:03 left...
This might be more accurate.
Pat you should know they throw the ball to everyone in practice.
Benson has also played some receiver. It doesn't really matter how they were recruited. All 4 have the ability to play receiver and as things evolve the Coaches are going to plug them into where...
It is actually pretty balanced between offense and defense depending on how the 2-way players go. It includes two wide receivers.
Too many Government massacres of Indians to list here.
That is very very interesting.
LOL if kids need an offer with a "status symbol" that puffs up their chest they wouldn't fit in here if we were FBS or not.
You can discount the Southern Mississippi offer if you wish, but the fact is he was offered by an FBS school and did not accept. You have posted several times that the offer probably wasn't honored....
Sooo, if my calculator is still working that is 30% of the scholarship players that had FBS offers. That does sound pretty good.
Johnston is another so that is at least 4.

Going through each of the commit announcements and other sources I can't find anything.
A total of 20% (3/15) of the verbals so far have had FBS offers. I would think that's pretty good.
Maybe Eck will take over. That could be fun.
Well, my post was referring specifically and only to "shoot me."
I have a tendency to take such invitations literally. Okay, I'm out. Back to recruiting news and griping.
Threats? Now you are joking.
Name the time and place.
If you think Anderson only had one FBS offer look at his twitter page. You can measure most recruits by their FBS offers all you want. It may be desirable to get those kids but it is unrealistic to...
