I don't think it will be Arkansas-Pine Bluff. They posted that they are looking for a home game on 9/10, and will consider FCS, Division II or Division III.

NDSU has UND coming to Fargo for $140k that year. We will never get another FCS team to come to Fargo for that low of a price.
