If you're a high school trenches guy and you want to go out and street fight every weekend...TP is going to get you to NDSU. These kids know what they're coming for...and I love it.
I doubt Entz was the deciding factor. If his eyes were set on USC from the jump, why would he list all 21 schools? When he entered the portal, Im sure he told the folks down in LA that this kid is...
Sure, when you have capable runners at QB, it would be foolish not to utilize them. Going back to even the Brock Jensen days, we had designed QB runs that were very successful.
But if you go...
I think with TP taking over, you're going to see a lot more power and pin/pull. Crockett murdered when he could get a full head of steam out of single back or the eye formation with his shoulders...
Exactly. It is much simpler to get to the ball carrier if you are in the correct position...but if you're trying to rally and/or recover than you just forget all your technique and lay out to try to...
Im assuming it depends on the situation. If a kid is buried on the depth chart and is looking to find a place they can play, I assume the coaches at the outgoing school would pick up the phone and...
He can bring some of that Fitzgerald culture to the program!
And those that cant teach/coach are in administration. Insert ADML insult here.
If Joe wanted to coach, he's in a pretty good situation in that he doesnt have to worry about cutting his teeth at...
Or perhaps an internal search of the guy in the same offices as you that was a D2 coordinator of the year and averaged north of 45 points/game.
Very happy for Tyler and his family. I think this puts to bed the narrative that he just took whatever was out there. He's not that guy. It also shows that in the coaching world, he's much more...
Yeah - not as an OC. O-line Coach. Same with Endsley. Was just continuing the convo with Tolna regarding Tim's possible decision to move on from Larson.
Although when I was reading Endsley's...
TBF I would jump for joy if he brought Pawlak from UND or another good candidate would be Endsley at UMD.
Lakes was saying that Ty was going to Wisco as the OC and linked an article from 2022 about the Badgers looking for a new OC.
So, yeah, he left...but thats all that was correct about his...
Yes, thats exactly why. Because he wasnt hired right away. There was change. We got a new HC. Tim could have hired whomever he wanted. He didnt hire an actual OL coach, so he's clearly fine with...
I think that ship has sailed otherwise TP's guy at UND would already be in Fargo.
This is the way! Sammy would be an excellent addition to the staff!
Up the ante so that Tennessee St would need to do the same.
Fun Fact: Bobby used to wear colored contacts when he played. They would make his iris' look blood red. Pretty gnarly looking.
Hope he gets the job.
Klieman's son as his replacement?
Good thing is that TP isnt going to play games and he knows we need dudes back there. If we have young up and coming guys that are better, then Jung will have himself a nice special teams...
Good for J Rich. That guy is a grinder.
Got the boot at Wazzu bc he wouldnt get the jab back during the pandemic.
Was actually out of coaching for a year and would go to fields or parks and...
I was about to say...this thread has gone from being excited/intrigued on new Transfer Portal news to several pages of speculation on what Gronoski is going to do. Barf.
Did we even offer Hank?
Fuchs is a technician and had those boys practicing coverage since they were in diapers.
When Scott was here, all three of his boys were committed to NDSU. So if they flip now, that would be totally messed up.
Doesnt matter that they were all single digit years old.
