I think most current D2 teams are in the upper 20s and lower 30s for scholarships. Like you said the extra scholarships made a world of difference in depth. Heck now many of our backups are as good...

Rocky had way less scholarships to work with too. I think it went from something like 48 to 45 to 38 to 32? At the time UN_ did a better job of doing more with less.
