Kent State knows he won't go there and the Fordham guy was the OC at Penn State. If Klieman wants a P5 job he will likely need to be DC somewhere.

I do think if Klieman ever wants to be a head coach at a power five school he'll need to be a DC first since he doesn't really have an FBS...

Not sure about this Klieman to Clemson stuff, if Frost goes to Nebraska perhaps Klieman to be DC there would make some sense since those two actually coached together at one time.

I think he is talking about the elite recruits, MN bleeds a lot of talent to other schools.

I remember when Kansas hiring Turner Gill was a home run. Seems like the MAC constantly churns these coaches out.

Kelly won D2 titles, he was an accomplished coach before ever setting foot in the FBS. Meyer went from the MAC to the Mountain West, where he proved he was the real deal.

What is his best win as a coach? Toledo? Middle Tenn State? My comment has more to do with MN then Fleck, they wanted to transform their football program. Not sure hiring the next flavor of the year...

I still don't get what is so great about Fleck, he won a bunch of games against a weak schedule and hasn't really had a signature win as a coach. Seems like a strange hire for a university that...

I think Bo's history would give him no chance for the job. They just had a coach that did some things against the admin and Bo had some issues at Nebraska.

I hope they hire Fleck, looks like a slightly better version of Brewster. His BS will wear thin in a hurry there if he isn't winning.
