Agree- didnt beat a team with a winning record last year. My guess is they have 5 losses this year- have a brutal schedule and I think Nebraska is getting over the coaching hump.

So true- look at how many starters have come from starting out as a walk on. Huge part of the team and the tradition!

I believe Maple Grove HS has an Assistant coach who was a GA at NDSU in the 80's and who's kids are both walk on's now which helps here.

Wieneke also went there but not sure NDSU showed any...
