The first comment on the video is from a guy who filmed it and he said it was shot in 2000...so I guess I'll go with that.

Judging by the computers and clothing, and the grainy SD, this probably was not filmed in 2009, lol.
Uploaded to Youtube in 2009 perhaps, not filmed though
