Chargers defense blew the lead…as is tradition. You can’t drive the field with 45 seconds left when your o-line is a leaky faucet.

Honestly, the fumbles are his biggest issue. Easton has played pretty good outside of fumbles. The fumbles are a big negative and you can’t win game when turning the ball over. Overall, his passing...
Stick isn’t playing great, but it is hard to say he is playing bad considering what is happening around him. This team would make Pat Mahomes look like Zach Wilson. I just feel “meh” about this whole...
That was a great play by the DB. On the replay, Stick didn’t have a chance. You couldn’t even see the defender until after the ball was thrown. Damn!
Records are a team stat. Honestly, half of those losses were probably blown by poor defenses.
They have a couple stops now. Honestly, they might be playing the best of the three units right now. Offense and Special Teams hasn’t done anything positive yet.
Am I watching a tragedy or a comedy?
Rough start. Stick is having a hard time feeling pressure in the pocket.
Have the Chargers had competent coaching at all, dating back to Kyle Emanuel days? They always find ways to lose. I mean running a QB sneak on 4th and 1 with a one-handed QB and backup center seems...
The WR had to slow down significantly and it was still behind him. It was an underthrow. The WR could have tracked it a little better, but Easton still underthrew it. The last third down throw was...
That was an aggressive 3rd down throw on the money. That one ain’t on Stick.
It seems like Easton has some more zip on his passes this year. He has thrown some bullets this preseason.
Ummm…we must be watching different games. The INT was an overthrow and a bad decision in double coverage. The endzone throw was a bit of a an overthrow. Easton was ticked at himself afterwards. I...
Easton has had a couple bad throws, but has otherwise been solid. That Josh Palmer kid has some juice.
Scrubs really let Easton down. There were 2-3 drops just on that last drive.
With COVID still a thing, I think it is actually risky for teams to keep less than two QB’s. Wasn’t last year when The Broncos had to play a guy at QB with literally no experience?
I don’t think Herbert is playing the preseason games.
I think the Chargers take a big risk with trying to stash Easton on the practice squad. A lot of teams would be happy to grab a back-up quality player like Easton for a cheap price tag. Unless...
I would not put the win/loss on Herbert. Coaching is to blame.
I think he said his skillset is that of a backup, not that Easton doesn’t have the desire to be a starter. I imagine he still prepares as though he is a starter. That is what backups are supposed to...
So the real criticism is that he didn’t channel his inner Saquon.
No, there was a defender right there on the edge. I don’t see anywhere to cut up.
I am not watching the game, but Easton Stick apparently got in on some wildcat plays.
I have a hard time seeing the Cowboys trading for an unproven backup. If Easton had a few games experience, then maybe...
I would love that scenario. It is definitely hard to know how well a guy is doing in camp as each reporter tends to have their own biases and very few of them seem to give two shits about Stick....
