I could be wrong but I think Teammakers has gotten to the level where they exceed scholarships. I think they have even paid for some things like furniture in the shac and the practice field

That my be, but they would have a lot more money to throw around if they wouldn't pay for scholarships for non-revenue sports.

That kind of goes against their whole mission. Although I agree most of the money raised is from football and mens basketball. Myself as a Teammaker, I would support seeing a few hundred grand added to supplement revenue sport coaching salaries. But not at the expense of not paying for scholarships for non revenue

CK doesn't sign it if it's $1M?

I don't know, you'd have to ask him but even $1M isn't going to deter the P5.

If he was getting paid closer to a million per year, he possibly would. You cant pay someone around a half million and give them a million dollar buyout. Would you sign something for your job that would require you to pay more than double your salary if you leave? I wouldn't

UNI Football flat out can't afford to pay Farley what he gets. It eats up such a large chunk that the assistant coaches get mediocre pay and that's why they change coaches like most people change underwear. UNI Football doesn't generate as much revenue as NDSU football does either so that's understandable.
Remember: Farley was acting as AD when he wrote his own contract up.

and now he doesn't have money to pay his assistants. Interesting that NDSU has it written into the head coaches contact that the assistants have to be in the top 10% of the FCS

No it won't, but if we got a higher buyout at least we'd be compensated for having to go through the hiring process. I think it should have been way higher than $150,000
