She’s sitting T72, one south of the cutline, with everyone in the clubhouse dufferole. Hopefully, that high school friend of DORMIE, the course knowledge of Audit, and the strength of the Herd will channel some positive MOJO her way and help ease her into the weekend in good shape for a very nice finish and prize money check this week. The next five weeks earning potential is a whole new deal for the LPGA!

This weekend and the next couple weeks off and then on to Michigan dufferole. Then five events/weeks without a break including two more majors. Not sure if Amy is playing in Scotland or England however? She does show in the Evian and Irish fields.
A lot of golf to still be played for 2022!

Re: Amy Olson 2021 LPGA season
Congrats to In Gee Chun for hanging on to win the Women’s PGA by one stroke over Minjee Lee and Lexi Thompson. A very nice $1.35 million picked up by In Gee!
Lexi has had some real struggles since 2019, but I think she will get back to her best game soon. It seems like Lexi has toned down her intensity a few levels to deal with her mental game and has benefited from that. I think that Amy could stand to do the opposite and ramp up her intensity and competitiveness a few levels, as she has often seemed to be almost too nice and laid back on the course. (Of course they said the same thing about Fred Couples).
Pretty subjective and hard to measure in any case. Would love to see both of them win one soon.

Amy & Katherine shot a 3 under round and sit 5 under for the tourney. The cut line is currently at 5 under. Amy contributed 1 birdie. I saw a bit of them putting and Amy was not close to the hole when she putted. She definitely is in a slump.

Moving Day dufferole with the cut made on the number. They go back to the alternate shot format today and then best
ball again to finish on the last day.
Here’s to a profitable weekend for Amy and Katherine both, some fine tuning perhaps worked out, and some excellent momentum for the upcoming trip to Europe!!
