The Eagles paid two aging WRs. That didn’t work out so well.
Go get TE Hunter Henry or Jonnu Smith. Let TY walk and don’t waste money on a WO in FA.
Carson took Greg Ward to the playoffs. Colts will be fine.

With this reduced cap year, teams are gonna be really, REALLY stingy about re signing vets to big contracts.

Bullshit Jason. You showed us a DT will eat up a quarterback if you are pass blocking at guard.

Howie created the mess. In five years he let the line age while paying them a fortune. The only weapons he drafted were Miles Sanders (meh) and Dallas Goedart (meh). Then while failing to add pieces to make the offense better (it got worse, much worse) he created a cap situation that made it impossible to add players in free agency. The cherry on the top was adding Hurts (Wentz's potential replacement) using another pick that could have been someone that could have helped or at least a defensive player.
Howie wrote the perfect script in how you destroy a SB team, and oddly he's about the only one left.

He's 32. I pass. If Wentz is successful he's still relatively young for a QB. Even if he's not, then Indy needs to find a young QB. Pairing that with aging WRs doesn't make sense to me, even if it means you're a little light on the position.
Indy has a good chunk of cap room, but they've also drafted some good guys (Leonard, Nelson, B Smith). They are going to have to sign those guys to second contracts in the next year or so. They are going to need space to do that.

There are going to be a mountain of free agent vets available as over the cap teams purge their rosters.
