Chip Kelly to the Bucs

Would be a huge blow at this time in the recruiting season for Oregon. Opens to speculation... is he running from the NCAA? Lots of chatter on that.

I'll be darned. Doesn't strike me as an nfl guy honestly.

He's running from the NCAA. He will flop in the NFL and end up back in the college ranks after a stint as an analyst for ESPN.

I'm not sure it's a blanket statement/written rule. It's no secret that Goodell would have made Tressel sit out 5 games...Terrell Pryor already did. He set the precedent with those two decisions...you can take it to the bank he will continue with that idea...

Oregon has been accused of recruiting violations and the NCAA usually handles those by taking away scholarhips or bowl eligibility. I don't know how the NFL would administer those punishments to Kelly if he did go to the NFL.

Wait, what? Is there some new info out? I didn't think there was an official an accusation yet. I think they've only been exchanging docs and no findings yet. Is there something new?
