Re: Incoming ND Athletes in Fall of 2018
Hillsboro has a couple more girls that are underclassmen that ran with Gracie Wright in the 4x400 relay. Also they came in 2nd and 3rd in the 800m.
Sent by my phone on a bullet train from Hillsboro.

Anyone know where the Gaye girls from Davies are going?
Calob Larson from Legacy won the 100, 200, and 400 as a FRESHMAN. Wonder what type of looks he'll get by his senior year.

Iirc one was interviewed this week and said she is going to Mankato.
Don’t know if that means both are?

Correct both sisters as well as Halie Harland from Davies. The three of them are heading there.
As a poster above noted Caleb Larson is making waves as a freshman. I'm hoping we look at Isaac Huber a junior from Edgley/Kulm as well. Won the Class B 800, 1600, and 3200. Previous two years he also qualified in the 300H which is a very interesting combination of events.
Another group to look at on the girls side will be from Davies - Merritt Biel (Kaia's younger sister and took 2nd in 100H and also a strong triple jumper), Sally Korgho (hurdles), and Emily Jahner (sprints). All three are sophomores at Davies. And all three had finishes in the top 3 in sprints or hurdles, losing only to their senior teammates.
Davies has turned into a pure dominating force in girls track.

I saw that Rose Gaye came in second to Minnesota North's T'nia Riley in the 200 at Howard Wood Relays. Riley has the top time in the 200 in Minnesota I believe. i think she too was considering Mankato not? What's going on at Mankato? Did any D1 schools go after the Gaye sisters?

I'm wondering the same thing. Scholarship $$ maybe? Can Mankato sell kids on national titles (I have no idea if this is possible)? Kind of like our FB program can to a kid that might have an offer from a G5 school?
