I remember the last time Bob hit a milestone there were a few guys that had game streaks in the 800's. Tried Google but didn't find anything. I also remember that few years ago one of the guys with a long streak died in the parking lot after his team lost in the Rose Bowl.
Wishing you many, many more games Road, keep it up.
Agree and wish you many more as well Road!!

That was Bud Pellerin who had a 797 game streak for USC football games: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Giles_Pellerin
As far as I can tell that's the longest. There's a Bama fan who's currently in the 600s: https://www.tidesports.com/story/new...ng/6593632002/. That seems to be the longest "active" streak I can find.
It's interesting that Pellerin was inducted into the USC Athletic Hall of Fame in 1995. If there was ever a fan who deserved consideration for the NDSU Athletics HoF (and not just for going to a ton of football games in a row)...
Re: Celebrating Roadwarrior game 500 in a row
The Iowa game was #421. I met an Iowa fan that morning that at the time was #444 for him. They had heard about me and invited me to their house prior to the game.
Two other streaks that I have heard about was a McNeese fan and a UC Davis fan. Both were slightly ahead of my streak, but with the number of NDSU playoff games in the past decade have probably pushed me ahead of them.

I feel like there should be an ESPN special about this. I know I'd watch.

Love it. I’d watch too. Who’s got the juice to get this done? Chapstick?
