Just spoke with @SDCoyotesFB alum Chris Streveler (@cstrevy). While he's still hoping for an NFL opportunity, he does have a training camp invite from the CFL's Winnipeg Blue Bombers. He received that after participating in their mini-camp last week.

Would look good North of the border. Wonder if Streveler has choices in the NFL, especially if he would switch positions. But in Canada can try his hand at QB.

LB Brett Taylor of Western Illinois accepts a Vikings camp offer:

Yes it did, so was happy to see Minnesota be the team to give him a shot.
Saw a Dylan Cole comp somewhere for Brett Taylor. Cole was that tackling machine for Missouri State in 2016. Also, like Taylor, not a big guy, but he went on to make the Houston Texans as an undrafted rookie last season. Got some pt too.

Seemed that I read somewhere that his forty was 4.9.....way behind DeLuca. Not comparing the two, just pointing out a stat that seems to be very important to NFL guys.

Re: FCS NFC 2018 Draft Prospects
Did anyone mention that James Fisher has a rookie camp invite from the Bears. Current Tally:
UDFA contract
1. Nick Deluca- Titans
2. Chris Board- Ravens
3. Connor Wentz- 49ers
Rookie Camp Invite
1. Austin Kuhnert- Vikings
2. Nate Tanguay- Vikings
3. James Fisher- Bears
4. Landon Lechler- Vikings and Panthers
Anyone else feel that Tre Dempsey is getting totally snubbed here? It is a very bad time to be a safety in the NFL.

He was a great player for us but I always thought Tre didn't quite have the size for the next level.

Trey definitely punched above his weight class.
NDSU has a good history of undersized yet dominant safeties at the collegiate level.
