Those kinds of "balls" can lose you football games. Personally, I find it a little hard to heap criticism on a coach that won 4 National Championships in 5 years.

This^rubbing Klieman’s nose in the mud (especially now that he is gone anyways) is lowlife

If you feel he was correct, than why do you feel it’s rubbing nose in?

Yep even better reason for going for it (which they got)
Sometimes you do things because of the flow of the game, not because of what statistics say.

The agreement is followed by a reference to others.

Alabama going for it was absolutely the right call for so many reasons, I would have liked coach k to go for it instead of the fg but understood why he did. You can't make the players execute.

But you can force them into uncomfortable situations...

Cost us 1 in 2016.
JMU had a 4th and 4 in the third after a Robbie pick and we had momentum again. Trotted Cam out for a 50 yard field goal instead of going for the kill. Put Cam in a bad position.

Just a "tad" bit of a difference of going for it on your own 35 as opposed to going for it while being within your opponent's five yard line.
FYI, I posted it earlier that I wanted them to go for it and got plenty of dirty looks for it from those around me. My reasoning was not because of Pedersen being off, but due to the angle.
