absolutely if NDSU was FBS they'd have a "better" shot at landing elite local recruits
But then I'm happy just kicking the crap out of everyone in FCS, so I vote we stay were we are.

Odds & Ends from Junior Day visits I saw retweeted by Bisonation
- new offer, different recruiting area - North Carolina (Weddington)
Alec Mock - LB - saw listed at both 6’ 2” 220 and 6’ 3” 230, anyway good size for a high school LB. Also very good at shot put and discus in track & field. Will be interesting to see what his connection was to Fargo & NDSU when Bison Report does an interview. Has 6 other offers, 1st was Miami (Ohio), also Eastern Michigan, William & Mary, Columbia, Toledo and old friend Wofford.
- Burro sighting!
Hillsboro/CV ATH/RB/LB Oscar Benson (6’ 2” 180) visited NDSU again.
- Preston Yohnke from Parkers Prairie. Am assuming he is a younger brother of this year’s signee, Travis. Preston is listed at 6’ 3” 250, a T/DE.
- Mason Weber from Bishop Miege High School in Kansas. Listed as a 6’ 3” 240 DE. Jasir Cox is from Bishop Miege.
- Adam Kusler - 6’ 2” 205 - LB/WR - Sioux Falls (Roosevelt)
Has an offer from South Dakota.
- And Aaron Kusler - also listed at 6’ 2” but at 210.
All-State South Dakota football players.
- 2000+ yard rusher last season -
Rashad Lampkin - 5’ 9” :hide: 190 Brookfield WI (Central)
Recently ran 6.72 in the 55m.

When you typed in classy you should have been struck by lightning. Get real.

Maybe related to Josh Mock*?
* former Bison team captain and LB - played in that monumental win against Montana back in the day.

Correct Josh is his uncle
Re: 2020 Recruiting Updates
Mason Miller (Ada) made his visit to Iowa - Tim Polasek is his area recruiter - no offer yet.
Iowa has 2 OL commits already, and iirc will take one more at some point. A 4 star type probably could have a commitable offer and come on board at any time, otherwise the Hawkeyes are waiting & watching.
(edit: looks like there are approximately 5 more Iowa offers out to uncommitted 6’ 5” + OL, all 3 or 4 star prospects)
247 has Miller currently ranked as the #19 prospect in Minnesota and #160 nationally for his position and as a 2 star.
