Re: The Easton Stick Mega Thread
That is the perfect distillation of the "Internet NFL Scout" phenomenon.
Re: The Easton Stick Mega Thread
He played really well. His short completions weren't worm burners, the touchdown was a very good throw, the third and nine out route was a yard short of first down but showed the heat you want on that throw.

These "Internet NFL Scout" guys are a strange breed... and they take themselves so seriously, like Bill Belichick and Jerry Jones are waiting for their opinions... smug pricks!!! Check out this guys Twitter Bio:
Jason DiRienzo

College Football Evaluator. Senior Director of Talent Acquisitions
A "senior director" of "talent acquisition," in his mind he is actually drafting and negotiating contracts for these guys... by the way, a google search shows that this guy's paying gig is wellness director at the local YMCA... in other words he picks up towel in the men's locker room.

I looked at his tweet on Stick TD and said he was late on this throw.

That's what made me want to research him... I was like WTF? Unless you make a livable wage and work for a reputable source evaluating QBs... your assessment of a QB is pretty meaningless to me :)

Ya I saw several people tweet that. Then there is a replay video of it and the ball is in the air before the receiver hits his break and Easton is getting taken down at the end of his follow through.
Not saying he has been allwordly cuz he has had his bumps this week but criticizing that throw is a tad much

Andrew Siciliano: "Stick put it right on the money." For any other "expert" is there a yawn emoji?
Re: The Easton Stick Mega Thread
You guys still think Stick is NFL material?

Without question. He'll hold a clipboard for years in the NFL and who knows, he might actually work his way on to the field eventually. He will get drafted, although not in an early round.
