I have family from that area that knows his family and he was always one of those kids who you could see had supreme athletic ability but just not the self-initiative and work ethic to do anything with it. It sounded like he was actually a better basketball player in high school than football player but he had the same problem in basketball. Credit to the SDSU coaches for getting to him and allowing him to reach the potential his ability afforded to him.Quote:

I can't for the life of me figure out what the heck he was talking about...I'm aware of the ridiculous intro video fiasco, is that what he was referring to?

I have been very critical of Stick. I really think this might have been his breakout game though. I was very impressed with the way he played vs SDSU. Only bad things were the ending of the half and his INT was just a god awful throw. I am glad to see he had freedom to run this game. He opens up a lot more doors when he does.
