Re: Wentz's AO1 Foundation Charity Softball Coming to Fargo
Quote from the lady behind the counter at the Coors Light shack: "You guys are crazy. Redhawks fans have got nothing on you. We already have went through more beer tonight that we normally go through at a Redhawks game."
I thought Redhawks fans and Bison fans were the same people but whatever. Frisco bartenders can sympathize with her at least.

According to Bison 1660, there is a good turnout.

Looks a lot more full than the seat map showing un-purchased seats I looked at this morning. Most of the reserved sections look full from where I'm sitting. Hardly anyone in the outfield bleachers but no there's a bunch of people just standing on the rail of the concourse which I assume is people with GA tickets.

Considering the Redhawks dont sell outfield seats (those were created with the temporary fence) it must have been pretty big.
They said on the radio the only empty spots were in the sun and the concourse was packed.
Pictures seemed to show the same. Not too shabby for a softball game lol
Re: Wentz's AO1 Foundation Charity Softball Coming to Fargo
Guys must be having fun. Game was just extended from 7 innings to 9 innings.
Re: Wentz's AO1 Foundation Charity Softball Coming to Fargo
Crowd was huge!! They decided to play 9 innings instead of 7. I think it may be too light out for fireworks. Great game, lots of home runs. Drago’s diving catch falling over the wall to rob a home run should be on ESPN top 10...seriously. Esley Thorton winning the home run derby in work gloves might be the most amazing moment of the night!!

I know it was on midco. (which only reaches 16% of the fargo dma) but will there be a replay available anywhere? youtube?
Re: Wentz's AO1 Foundation Charity Softball Coming to Fargo
It was really fun to watch. Thanks Midco.

Listened to the 1660 stream, and it was fun to listen to... Hope this becomes a tradition -- it really breaks up the off-season doldrums.
