Denied. In related news, I will be approving a $72,000,000 butterfly conservatory for Williston State, but only if Skarphol supports a $110,000,000 dormitory in Grand Forks to house all the online-only students. Meanwhile, I will cut NDSUs budget by 10% due to their proven ability to acquire private funding to renovate existing classrooms.

$35 million for a fine arts center at Bismarck State? And all State funds? How's that going to fly?
Um, duh.... there's two approval methods that are virtual locks:
1) Is it for NDSU? If not, APPROVE, as long as there's an equal benefit to another campus on the other side of the state. Deserve's got nothing to do with it.
2) Is it for a campus in the west? APPROVE. Chances of approval increase with proximity to Tioga.
Yes, yes you have. :D
I think NDSU has a really good shot at getting funding for the STEM building.
VCSU got $12 million dollars and has, LITERALLY, four dozen science majors.
NDSU has about 3,000 STEM majors.
Using a basic formula that pro-rates the number of students and adjusts for political equality, NDSU will get $0 from the state (zero is a number!) and lose $10 million in operating funds for being so callous.
