Per the Twitter machine Derrek has accepted an invite to the East/West Shrine Bowl. Well deserved honor and opportunity for him to compete in the second highest regarded postseason all-star prospect game.

This is great as he has been a wrecking ball this year. Super fun to watch. When watching on TV this past weekend the announcers were even laughing cause the tackles he is facing are way overmatched. He is totally a OLB at the next level, but needs to catch on with the right team and situation like so many FCS players to get his shot.

Not much news from the East-West practices thus far. I saw one tweet saying that Tuzska was one of the better defensive players thus far.
Tuszka has apparently had interviews with the Giants and Redskins thus far. Let’s hope we don’t have to watch him sacking Carson in the future...
