Not sure if you are being serious, but this is a terribly inaccurate assumption. A lot of smart people go the JC route to save money. You can get all your generals completed at a fraction of the cost. If Allen was passed up for scholarships, then the JC route would have been a smart and economical decision. Going to junior college has nothing to do with intelligence.
