New year, new thread. Hopefully this will be the roaring twenties for Amy.
One of each wouldn’t be too shabby! :rimshot: Happy 2020 to Amy and Grant, and to all of their great fans here on Bisonville!!

Amy is not playing this week, but finally going to roll again next week in Florida! Wonder if the fires have affected any of the Australian tournaments coming up soon for 2020?

Saw Grant at hector last night. He came in on a late Delta flight wearing only shorts and a polo shirt. Such a stud!
Not like she hasn’t been practicing:

Hey Slick! Inbee with a long putt from the fringe to win! Hate to be betting against her!
Extra holes! Still wouldn’t want to be betting against her Slick! :hungry:
Inbee Inbee Inbee!!!

Missed it on the amateur side. Her putting is not Inbee-like today.
They’ll keep playing 18 til somebody wins.
Looks like Gaby of Mexico and Nasa of Japan will play this sudden death out at 0700 CST on the Golf Channel. Inbee fell surprisingly by the wayside. Should be a great finish. Good luck to both of them and to Amy this week in her first event of 2020!
Live on The Golf Channel. 6 playoff holes down. Playing the 7th now!
Gaby Lopez of Mexico wins! First event of 2020 is in the books! Congrats to Gaby on a great victory, her second now! Third longest playoff in LPGA history.

That didn’t take long. Lopez for the win.

http://www.bisonville.com/forum/images/icons/icon1.png Re: Masters Golf and Any Other Miscellaneous Golf DiscussionBad day for Amy. 4 bogies and a birdie for a 3 over par round. 34 putts and 13 of 18 in greens in regulation. Uffda.

Pairings for tomorrow. Amy tees it up bright and early!:
https://www.lpga.com/tournaments/gai...a-rio/pairings
Amy started strong with a 2 under 1st 9 but faded with 3 bogies and a birdie to finish with an even par round and 3 over for the tourney. She improved her putts with 32 and 14 of 18 g/r. She found the sand 3 times with 1 sand save par. 2 over is the projected cut and with a 10 under round in progress and an 8 under round in the books, the cut will probably go lower.
Cut is at 1 over. Next tourney for Amy.
Couple of weeks and she plays over in Oz in back to back events, and then to Thailand. Not sure if she comes back after that one or? Onward and upward...or Down Underward! Is that a word Audit?

Congrats to Madelene Sagstrom of Sweden on her first LPGA win and a check for $300,000 today. Final hole was tied with Nasa Hataoka of Japan, but Nasa unbelievably missed a short putt to give Madelene her first LPGA title.

We finally are about to have some competition again, and the pairings are out for the Handa Vic Open! Amy is in a grouping I imagine she will be delighted with that includes her Aussie friend Katherine Kirk and the great Stacy Lewis of the USA. A lot of outstanding groups going out on Thursday in this event, like the one right after Amy’s that includes Karrie Webb, Dame Laura Davies, and Madelene Sagstrom! Should be quite a day and quite a week! Hopefully it helps kick off much needed healing for that wonderful country!

This buds 4 u mangy!!!!!!! Cut the cord who needs the cord when u got great scoops like this!!!! Go bison, go Amy, go Kiara!!!!!!!!
Good information BisonAudit! Thank you! Very surprised to report that nobody in Amy’s grouping that included herself, Katherine Kirk, and Stacy Lewis made the cut this week. On to the Australian Open next week.
In another notable pairing, the legendary Dame Laura Davies and Karrie Webb sadly also fell before the weekend started. Madelene Sagstrom of Sweden did advance from that pairing, and leads the event so far.
