was hoping ORU won today and was 1-1 vs NDSU.
with ORU being 0-2 , they gonna be desperate and NDSU hasn't been the greatest on the road last few years. ARGH>

F'N Hawks go down at home to Omaha...Sad.
Denver is just horrific, now 0-3 at home. WIU also falls to Fort Wayne, to keep the race to the Summit cellar a competition.
F'N Hawks get slaughtered in Brookings, Bison have a chance to burry them in the Summit standings on Saturday.
Denver with a big upset over Omaha at home for their first win on the season. Meanwhile ORU completes a road sweep with a dominating win over Fort Wayne.
ORU might be playing the best basketball in the Summit right now.
man lets hope our NDSU mens team never has to deal with this hilarity:
SDSU/USD Mens game sunday
Yote Fan Post:
My only questions are:
1. will the students show up?
2. how many will stay for the men's game?
If last year is any indication, the women's game will be an insane atmosphere, and some percent of the crowd might leave for the mens.
ICK. a person would really leave after the womens game?
1.18.2020 net rankings:
122 oru
132 sdsu
161 ndsu
Yotes up 52-38 on the Rabbits at the half
99-84 Yotes cruise to an easy win....Dark day in Brookings.
Bison back in first place.
Summit tournament if the season ended today...
1. SDSU vs 8. WIU
4. USD vs 5. ORU
2. Omaha vs 7. Fort Wayne
3. NDSU vs 6. UND
One game on the Summit slate tonight and it is a big one...SDSU travels to ORU.
SDSU up 33-29 at the half....this one should come down to the wire.
Jacks win 76-61 in Tulsa
ORU Obaner 0 points. wow.
Fort Wayne takes down the F'N Hawks, Bison roll over the Necks and the Denver falls at home to the Yotes tonight.
Going to be an interesting race between WIU and Denver for the #8 spot in SF.
55 fouls called and 71 combined FTs shot in USD's 93-87 win at Denver.
WIU and Denver fall again.....Bison and Rabbits continue their winning ways.
Game of the Week in the Summit tomorrow.....USD takes on Omaha.
Omaha misses on the front end of a 1 and 1, fouls and loses 81-80.:facepalm:
Looking at Standings its NDSU, SDSU, USD. only 3 with winning records overall.
the rest is .500 or below overall. So NOT a great Summit league this year/
USD has won 6 straight.
Bison, Rabbits and Yotes all win, clearly a three team race now.
Denver loses once again, to the Dons at home. Looking like they are going to miss SF once again.
Gotta wonder if Denver is going to can Billups if they miss the Summit tournament again. That school should be a force with its resources, facilities and location.
Going to be pretty difficult for Denver to pass WIU in the standings. While the two still have a game against each other, WIU has the better win vs USD for tiebreakers if they do end with the same record.
Summit tournament as of today...
1. SDSU vs 8. WIU
4. Omaha vs 5. ORU
2. NDSU vs. 7. UND
3. USD vs. 6. Fort Wayne
Bison control their own destiny, win out and the #1 seed is ours.
Two games tonight...Omaha continues its freefall and WIU does what it does best....lose.
WIU 72
USD 85
Omaha 78
ORU 81
Seems like there's 3 pretty clear tiers in the SL this year.
Top tier: NDSU, SDSU, and USD
Middle tier: ORU, Omaha, Fort Wayne, UND
Bottom tier: WIU and Denver
Getting that #1 seed and pretty much a bye to the semis with either WIU or Denver in the quarters would be nice for the Bison.
Bison win, Rabbits win.
Denver is getting closer to being eliminated. They need to beat one of PFW, Omaha or ORU, if not the last game against the Necks won't even matter.
Two interesting games tonight, the Yotes go to Tulsa and need a win to keep pace with NDSU and SDSU. Meanwhile, WIU has the F'N Hawks at home and perhaps their best chance to put some more distance between them and Denver for the 8th seed.
Yotes down 17 at the half to ORU....F'N Hawks up 7 on the Necks at the break.
ORU destroying USD by 17 at half and it should be worse.
ORU finishes with an easy schedule, if they get confidence, could be a tough out
