Starting to feel nervous about UND being left behind again?

Considering UND's athletic director knows a few of the other AD's, nah.
The mystery teams sure better be worth something because otherwise that is quite the steaming pile to hook your wagon to.

Isn't it pretty obvious who the mystery teams are?

I honestly don't think so. It could be anybody, really. I hope they really are high profile teams, but I wouldn't bet on it. I'm with CAS on the distrust of the media.

Fair enough. Obviously I can't say for sure, but if I had to bet on 4, I'd best on the XDSUs and the Montana schools.

That I know of, the Montana schools haven't been that interested in moving up. I don't think SDSU is really exploring it...which is why I'm really questioning what they mean by high profile teams. I'm thinking from a Bison fans perspective, it will be considered a lot of smoke and mirrors. Maybe that is just me being a pessimist.

Yeah, four high profile FCS schools. When your reference point is Utah Tech, who isn't high profile?

It could be the Dakotas and Montanas. It could be Jackson St, FAMU, NCAT, and SCSU HBCUs. UC Davis is AAU. Delaware, New Hampshire, Incarnate Word, Chattanooga, SLU, etc, etc.
Once again, all we have is a single report from unnamed sources. More credible than most, but nothing official.
Re: A new and better FBS thread
Could be. But like Indy says when he's not defending officials, "why would NDSU build a practice facility like that to stay FCS?" It wouldn't make sense. They'd be better off investing in the basketball programs.
Re: A new and better FBS thread
the 4 MYSTERY SCHOOLS they are talking to are HigH profile. not the ones already in. follow along Skippy
