Board documents state that conduct in November 2022 involved Beachy going into a patient’s home for a non-clinical matter, where he was seen on video walking
nude from the waist down through the home.
Beachy, 53, was also reprimanded 20 years ago over sexually suggestive emails exchanged with a patient.
If going into someone's home and walking around pantless is a crime then TAB is in serious trouble.

I think we're all cool as long as you're not wearing panties.

Bison took hard look at personnel, but don't expect major changes
https://www.inforum.com/sports/bison...-major-changes
Polasek said there are no significant injuries, and that includes linebacker Nick Kubitz who hobbled off in the second half against the Buffaloes. The senior suffered a
laceration that required stitches.
On the speed side, Polasek said Kubitz hit 20.5 mph at his top speed against Colorado, one of the faster NDSU players on the field.

A marriage of NDSU football and movie script. Bison football in 1980s made for perfect location for Bob Angelo's fictional character.
