It was hardly an impulse to schedule them. Gene searched high and low for a team for almost 6 months before he settled on Ferris State

Which turned out ok in the end.
They were over matched, but a good group of folks.
But just because it worked out, doesn’t make it less tacky.

OVC officiating crew in this game. Last week an OVC crew did the Delaware/JMU game. Reviews of their work were less than stellar.
