25 point lead with just over 10 minutes to play and we have the ball. Our goal is not to cheap shot someone and cause injury. We want the game over just as much so we have no injuries. Contact started at waist unlike back of knees like claimed on SS. Unfortunate outcome, hope the kids heals up and can continue his college career when healed.
it's all they have. they need to constantly complain about something and make themselves look better then they actually are.
It's even simpler than that. EVERY fanbase whines when one of their players goes down for a long time and the hit is borderline. And, for the record, there are borderline hits on practically every play. How we view a contact is a matter of perspective. Both from the angle we are seeing it and who we are rooting for.
I just watched the play a dozen times. What camera angle are they watching that shows the malicious intent?
On their longest pass play was that guy supposed to be picked up by Tre #3? I happed to focus on the safeties and immediately thought it was a blown assignment?

And these accusations of purposeful dirty play come from the fan base where one of their SS moderators suggested that UND players target Wentz's ankle and some said that it would be fair game.
would you guys please stop laughing at a guy breaking his leg!!!???
Double jointed?
Meanwhile, the Bison calmly soak in the victory...

What do I see? I see at TE coming across the field to make a block for a RB, in this case Dunn, in the event he is able to cut back in the middle of the field. Did he end up missing low on the block (this is the pics available and I don't have the video)? I have no idea.....was there malicious intent and was it a non-football type of play?....no fucking way.
As opposed to going high and potentially helmet to helmet if #20 ends up turning into the middle of the field to make a tackle on a cutting Dunn? Looking at the pics I have too...he sure looks like he is aiming for the mid-section.
EDIT: in addition...he looks like he is lowering his left shoulder to potentially pick off #20 on his right side to avoid a block in the back? I hate going by pictures to judge something like this outside of intent of the play versus the outcome...but that is all I'm trying to do.
