Nope. That means it just means that it hadn't been reported to us before. I'll add him to the interest list.
Edit: I made a whole lot of additions to the interest list based on the posts here (posts which I've moved to the main recruiting thread).

Wayzata's middle linebacker Grant Olson.
In addition to working out and hanging out with teammates, Olson also spent some time at some of the top football schools in the area. He went to one day camps at Minnesota, Iowa, North Dakota State and went to North Dakota's Academic Day where he spent time on campus with professors, coaches and players to get a feel for the university as a whole.
"They went really well," said Olson. "It got a little long sometimes. You get up driving all the way to North Dakota or Iowa and them sometimes you are just sitting there, but I had a good time. I met all the coaches so I was glad I went."
Once the season begins, Olson will continue to have the same cast of character's watching him closely. North Dakota, North Dakota State, Minnesota, Iowa, Buffalo and Army are all saying like Olson said "let's see how your senior season goes type of approach".
OLB Keorris Berry 5'10 220
3 tackles 1 sack 1 qbh
Playing against the spread, Berry didn't get a chance to make as many tackles in his three quarters of play but he showed the type of ability that makes him a potential special player on the next level.
Berry is a weapon off the edge and was very impressive as a pass rusher. He ran an electronic 4.62 40 as a sophomore but was limited this off-season with a hamstring injury but had run a 10.8 100m prior to the injury. Despite being 5'10, he is a player that uses his hands very well to shed and is very strong in the upper body. He also showed great lateral ability in coverage and has the ability to line up versus a wide receiver one-on-one.
Also a two star, Berry is a player that should be a standout this season and can be a star at the next level at outside linebacker on safety.
Keep an eye on this name.
Justin Arp. Sargent Central, Forman ND. He's only a sophmore.
6'4" 195. runs a 4.5 as a WR.
Ran a 4.6 as Freshamn. Needs a little work but can jump through the ROOF!!!
From Terry V's twitter, he's posting from the Sioux falls O'Gorman vs Roosevelt game:
"How much of a defensive struggle is this? Three players have been hurt in the last 6 plays. The latest: NDSU recruit Mike Hardie. #alsports"
Doesn't say anything about the severity of the injury.
Noticed today in the Star Tribune that Brandon Marquardt of Champlin Park is getting some interest from NDSU. He's 5'9" 195 pound running back who had 25 tds and 1500 yds rushing last year. Had a big game to open the season this year.

Found an article talking about Travis Beck from Langdon-Munich. http://www.grandforksherald.com/even.../group/Sports/
Anybody seen this guy play? Impressive offer list and measurables.

we got GATLIN outta science last year, and had a big bruh ha ha with crittedon the DLineman.
I dont know why there isn't a bigger pipeline from science to NDSU, but these kids get those big 12 and pac 10 schools coming after them, we are off the list pretty quick like.
According to MaxPreps.com, NDSU offered Troy Demler from Oshkosh. Given the confusion between UND and NDSU, I'm wondering if there hasn't been a mix up (not that he doesn't sound like a great HS QB).
http://www.maxpreps.com/news/L9-ijp6...ikes-again.htm
I've moved him from the "interest" list to the "offer" list just in case. Here's the article from wissports.net that lists UND as having offered (and Marlin S knows the difference between NDSU and UND.)

OL Nate Gibson 6'9 285 of Wisconsin Dells is getting some interest from NDSU

QB Jordan Rodgers,6'2 205 of Butte Community College has been offered by NDSU per his rivals profile.

I'm pretty sure he's the brother of Aaron Rodgers.

ALEX: That's correct tj. Select again.
tjbison: I'll take quarterbacks that piss off Lakesbison for $400, please.
old 40 year old fart that gets sacked alot and throws for only 110 yards and will take credit for everything his team does this year.
...........argh................
Another QB that NDSU is showing interest in is 3 star QB Justin Sieczowski, 6'4 202 from Chandler Arizona.

Has been asked to visit.
LB Austin Williams. Omaha Burke
Dear Santa Claus, please bring the Bison some linebackers!
The last two recruiting classes have included only 2 scholarship linebackers: Preston Evans and Brandon Jemison. Isaac Kolstad has been converted from safety. Eddie Beson, now in his third year in the program, was apparently given a medical hardship and he is listed as a redshirt freshman. He could be a huge help if he is ever healthy enough to play. Those 4 plus Matt Anderson and several walk-ons will be the returning linebackers next season.

From what I understand, this kid is being looked at by NDSU. He had a REALLY BAD knee injury last year. He is back healthy and doing very well. He was a complete beast that was getting major looks prior to the knee injury. He would have been a much higher recruit, so we may sneak in and get a linebacker like this. Which we need!

lots of TWIN CITIES kids on here that could play at NDSU.
gotta love seeing NDSU up with the big boys on alot of twin cities kids!

Looks like NDSU hasn't offered the South Dakota QB, Austin Sumner, yet. According to this article, NDSU is going down for a visit though so that might change.
Brandon Valley's rocket man
Izzy,
Coach Bohl flew up Friday for the Langdon Homecoming game against Park River/Fordville/Lankin,etc. I talked to him for a bit but I never asked him who he was looking at (why would he tell me anyway?). I'm guessing that, if there is interest in a Langdon/Munich Linebacker, it would be Travis Beck.
Very good athlete. His older brother walked on and made the team at UND. don't know if he is still playing though. In addition to linebacker, he is also the fullback on offense. Excellent speed, shifty and can run over people when he carries the ball. Good hands catching the ball out of the backfield.
His backfield mate is John Dinius. There might be a couple kids in the state who are as fast as him. Only a couple though. I believe he qualified for four events at State Track meet and placed high in all of them. Over 1,000 yards rushing through four games. He will play somewhere if he wants to keep playing football. Maybe a DAC school as he is like 5-8 155. Does not go down easily. You have to wrap up. Compares a bit to a Weston Dressler. Obviously, not quite as fast but still a threat to score every time he touches the ball.
I think the Crockett kid is a Junior. Not 100% sure. He isn't very big either but is a guy who always seems to be in the right places on defense. He's a QB on offense. Hasn't shown anything yet that indicates D1 ability.
Coach DeLabarre has things going the right way up here. 4-0 right now with some tough games ahead. Some very good skill players and couple big linemen but overall not the numbers to really shine.
De LaSalle's Evan Williams
This summer Williams spent a lot of time at different campuses showing off his skills. He went to camps at Iowa, Iowa State, Wyoming, Northern Illinois and North Dakota State.
"Right now I have one offer to Wyoming," said Williams. "I have to take a visit down to Northern Iowa. They said they have an offer waiting for me so I am pretty sure they will give me that. From there the schools that are recruiting me hard are Wisconsin, Iowa State and NDSU. Those are my top five schools."
One thing I don't pretend to be is a judge of who is capable of playing D1 football. Both Beck and Dinius have shown the physical skills to contribute to any teams at the NAIA or DII level. Used properly, are they FCS caliber? I have no idea.
As for Crockett, he's a junior. Like his Uncle, very competitive. Not very big.

BILLY TURNER- MOUNDS VIEW 6 5 288 OT
I started a new thread for him, but cant seem to find it, hmmmmm
I don't think he's a longshot. Pretty much think that UNI is the big competition there. NDSU might have an advantage because the coaches were recruiting him so early (Turner was on the very first list of Bison recruits that TCBisonFan put together in early July and NDSU's offer was reported on July 28th). Of course, being superstitious, I get worried when Lakes starts hyping a recruit. :)
