Doesn't matter it's the NFL Policy. But overall, 3% of all hospitalizations are from vaccinated people. The vaccine is roughly 60-80% effective but wears off after 6 months. So if you got it back in February or March, it's going to start losing it's effectiveness.

It matters if the policy was crafted around the idea that the vaccine would stop infections and spread.
As opposed to just being another flu shot.

So do vaccinated people count as “vaccinated” for these hospitalizations stats if they have been vaccinated? Or is that only after 14 days after their second injection?
When is a person “vaccinated” anymore anyway? Well its been 5 months- put your mask back on.

First, you are less likely to get the virus if you are vaccinated, and if you get it you can spread it. Second, it has been shown that even if you get the virus you are less likely to spread it if you are vaccinated. Third, the more people who get this virus, the greater the chances are that it will mutate even further. It is entirely possible that it will mutate into something even more dangerous and less vulnerable to vaccines. What if he's already had covid? Guessing a lot of these non-vaxers have already had the shit to begin with and don't see the need. Maybe they should change their policies to include people who have already had covid so they stop looking like hypocrites.

I have no problem with that as long as they don’t assume they have antibodies and get tested for them first.
He does have a pregnant wife at home so I hope he takes precautions. Any illness when pregnant sucks.
