You are correct..The MW won't be adding any schools like Nebraska and Penn State. It is unlikely they will be adding anyone unless they lose 4 or more schools. The league played with 8 members before. The MW will be fine..

8 teams is the bare minimum to even exist. For a few years, teams will get a larger piece of the pot until they are up for renegotiating. If you lose 4 teams it will probably be 1 or 2 Cali teams and any combination of Boise, Colorado State and Utah state. Suddenly that TV contract is as valuable as Conference USA.Quote:
