This character is really coming together. Needle mover for sure.
The Rams should have traded for the 1st overall pick for a guy who has been traded twice?
C Dubs deserves respect and I think he's still a good player who can be great but he's done little to justify the Rams feeling any regret for not taking him.
Our boy is getting another shot at starting. He looks hungry. Let's hope he backs it up.

Yeesh, ever heard of sarcasm? I thought it was obvious and his post didn't actually need the purple text...

He should get a shoe endorsement deal.
With crocs.
He could even pull off the crocs with socks. I know it.

You never know with Bison fans. This crowd complains about officiating when we get busted for a false start.

Jonathan Taylor (who at pro bowl said how much he loved Carson) doubles down

From the article:
Quote:
“I’m definitely sad to see Carson go,” Taylor said. “He was amazing in the locker room, but on the field as well. When you look at some of the plays he made on the field, but off the field, he was an amazing guy. He always made sure to get in contact with any and everyone on the team.”
But no yeah we should definitely believe that dude on here whose niece got dumped by Carson about it lol

...but the defender was in the neutral zone! How can the ref miss that?

Lololololol "the other team's coach was trying to call a timeout! Mvfc refs are trash! The kid who moved assumed it was a timeout!"

That's weird, because I learned on here that God told Carson to wear his Bose headphones and ignore his teammates. How strange that Taylor, who was around him every day loved the guy...for who he was on and off the field. Strange, strange stuff from a teammate.

And that's the kind of qb Jonathan likes.

Odds are they'll have another new starting QB the year after. I'm going to go ahead and bet on Daniel Jones right now. lol

This is exactly why we can't sample the products in the barn bro. We can use this as a moment to learn a life lesson Kevin.

If Irsay is a coked out weirdo, what does that make the Wilfs?
The Wilfs took over in 2005 and the Vikes have 6 playoff appearances in that time, and have no consistency in starting QB's until Cousins, who was grossly overpaid and has never proven to be a winner in his entire career.
Meanwhile, Irsay and the Colts have been to the playoffs 11 times in that same span. Had consistency in starting QB's (until the sudden and unexpected retirement of Andrew Luck, which they promptly went out and got Philip Rivers and made the playoffs again immediately. (minus the transition year with Brissett after they were caught off guard by Luck retiring)
I'd love to have a coke head in Minnesota to be honest. At least they take risks and make decisions quick and with authority. Not like pussy boy Ziggi who lets shit drag out for years in mediocrity.
Gimmie Jim all day every day.

Have the Vikings had a #1 draft pick? I mean the Colts fell into Peyton Manning and Andrew Luck.

Having a #1 draft pick ESPECIALLY at QB, does not guarantee one's success. I think we can go over many examples of that.
They made the right decisions when drafting a QB. Not only that, they put a team around said QB. Gimmie coke head Jim 24/7 365.
At least he wants to win and not just make money as an owner of a franchise.
When he realizes it's not gonna work, he cuts the cord immediately. IE, Jacoby Brissett, and Carson Wentz.
-
Re: What sort of thread have you made for us? A Wentz thread, if you can keep it.
Irsay had actually been a very good owner despite his craziness. He generally stays out of running the team. This is the first time I've seen anything where he may have negatively influenced something. He's invested in the team and his family and Colts are great supporters of the local community. His daughters are set up to take over when he's done so we'll see how that goes. The Colts have benefited greatly from Manning and Luck but in both instances many fans wanted the other QB in the draft that year (Ryan Leaf and RGIII respectively). He worked with the city to build Lucas Oil rather than threatening to leave the city.
That's why to me something really bad happened between him and Carson if he was involved in the decision to move him.

Oh oh oh ooooohhh prepare to be in Bisonville purgatory with lakes and I for the rest of your life!!!! How dare you say that. Insert purple bros.
I think it was deadspin or fanspin or some shit ranked the Washington Wentzs trade move as he worst of the off-season. I was going to share it but figured it would hurt the feelings of people in Fargo and the surrounding area.
Just because we read the negative shit doesn't mean we approve or agree. It's just out there eh. Carson could let his play put all this to rest. I hope he does. A yellow 11 jersey would be pretty cool. Okey dokie I'm an idiot.

Irsay is a coked out weirdo not because of his management decisions but because he's actually weird and does cocaine.

Billionaires can be weird because they don't care what people think and are not trying to impress anyone.
But, from what I can gather on this board, when people say Irsay is a coked up weirdo, they are really trying to say that Carson was sent away because of that reason. Which is laughable, but whatever makes people round here feel better I guess.

Wolfie, curious what your thoughts are on the Jonathon Taylor quotes regarding Wentz?

Great point....everything I've seen posted by his former teammates in Indy have been nothing but positive and say what a great person/teammate he was.

Why would I care what his running back said about him? I am talking about Jim Irsay.
I'm not sure what you are getting at? Maybe you don't know either?
