If someone mentioned it, I missed it. Did JMU trash the tailgate lots like they did the last two times they were there? Or did their mothers make them pick up after themselves this time?

So, if you look at the actual numbers it’s a 0.4 advantage attempting the PAT2 which is just below their threshold of 0.5. This table is for 10 min on the clock. If you look at the chart, trailing by 9 at any point in the game there is a small but consistent advantage attempting PAT2. It’s a narrow but reliable advantage.

He went when they were up by 8, a one score lead. I don't think he would have if they were up by 9.

But I don’t think the numbers take into account in-game issues. You’re more desperate on offense if you don’t make the 2, which results in trying O plays that don’t align with gameplan or O strengths v. team you are playing.
