What's the longest goal line stand you've ever seen? My school had an 8 play goal line stand last Thursday. Tied for the lead in CUSA with a physical as hell defense https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qAsV...e_gdata_player

Re: College Football FBS/FCS discussion thread
That is neat. I missed how they didn't turn it over on downs after 4. Did they call pass interference on 4th down?

Wow! If we did this in the FargoDome, I would love to see the decibel reading. 8 plays...I assume that was a defensive PI to give an automatic 1st down on the 4th play?
-
Re: College Football FBS/FCS discussion thread
Not sure why the QB didn't run up the gut on a few of those plays. Plenty of room to get the 3-4 yards needed.
Nice stop though

Yeah it was a PI call. And I'm biased but it was BS

They tried that all game and couldn't get anything but I kept figuring they would eventually do that. Never did.

Psu coach losing his mind on the sideline. Good job gophs.
And we wonder why coaches have issues like kill and kubiak.
-
Re: College Football FBS/FCS discussion thread
Gophs stopping Penn State when it counts. 24-10
KState just killing Texas Tech. 42-19
UNC up on UND. 7-6.
-
Re: College Football FBS/FCS discussion thread
Blink and KState scores again. (pick 6)
49-19
Penn State fumbles on the Minn 2yd line. Still 24-10.

Re: College Football FBS/FCS discussion thread

Lsu fumbles on the goal line. Doh!!!

Re: College Football FBS/FCS discussion thread
I think Game Day will come to TCF for the Gophers Wisconsin game. I hope they don't all this improvement by the gophers really hurts our recruiting.

Re: College Football FBS/FCS discussion thread
Anyone watch much of the UCLA/Wash game last night? Star of the game was UCLA's Myles Jack. His stats for the game included 4 touchdowns and 5 tackles. He's their best LB who has also been playing RB due to depth issues at that position due to injuries.

Re: College Football FBS/FCS discussion thread
Did anyone else see Auburn/Georgia? HOLY SHIT! Georgia has a ridiculous comeback and has Auburn down to 4th and 18. Auburn throws up a prayer, 2 Georgia players tip it, falls into Auburn player's hands for TD. Georgia driving.
-
Re: College Football FBS/FCS discussion thread
I bet the Gophers are cheering for TT tonight...If they win, Gameday probably goes to Minny...If they lose, they probably go to Baylor next week.

It's going to be a 5 hour game...It's not even the end of the 1st quarter and six TDs have been scored.

We might not give up that many in a month.
-
Re: College Football FBS/FCS discussion thread
If that dude on the Baylor defense would have jumped much higher, he wouldn't have intercepted it, and it would have been a completion through his legs.

Re: College Football FBS/FCS discussion thread
Tech might as well abandon the run game and just throw for 15 yards to the sidelines every time.

Re: College Football FBS/FCS discussion thread
Tech misses the first down on 4th and 1. Brock would have got 2 or 3.

Re: College Football FBS/FCS discussion thread
Watching the SC/Stanford game. They mentioned Dr. Dre has donated over 70 MILLION to USC. I don't read Forbes, but I'm pretty sure he's far from being one of the richest in America... Wouldn't that be nice...

Re: College Football FBS/FCS discussion thread
Stanford did not look good enough to be the #4 team. Im guessing they wont be come monday.

Re: College Football FBS/FCS discussion thread
