I would be ok with way overpaying for such a thing as another statement that NDSU is bigger than the FCS and even the lower FBS.
I know those schools can get a $mil for an ooc game but some school has to be hard up enough to need a third payday. Think of the FCS teams playing two FBS games a year for the money.

At this point it would probably take us paying an FBS school $1M to play them in THEIR stadium. I would bet we’d have to pay 2 or 3 million if they even stayed on the line long enough for us to finish our proposal.
