IMO I thik Michigan in would make it a more competitive field. I think they'd give Bama a tougher game than Washington, PSU, or Wisconsin. Who knows.
What if both Washington and Clemson lose? Does the committee put 3 B1G schools in?

I was thinking that. Not sure. They'd probably get a lot of flack over it.

What if Alabama loses?
I'm rooting for all the underdogs to win their conference championships just to make it clear that you need more than 4 teams for a real playoff.

They would still be in.
Re: College Football FBS/FCS discussion thread
I get that OSU and Michigan are good, but it's crazy to think that *both* teams in the B1G Ten Championship game will likely be left out while one of the non-champions gets in. Something doesn't pass the sniff test.

4 is good. 6 or 8 might be alright. Anymore, and the regular season loses too much value.

Looks like the Griz are coming off football scholarship reductions after
the NCAA investigated Montana for impermissible benefits several years ago.

We're only about 2 years away according to Strongman. This is from January 2014.

Watching the MAC championship game. Announcer said previous attendance record for game was 25,400. The feel they will break record tonight at around 50k tonight.
Western Michigan vs. Ohio
Re: College Football FBS/FCS discussion thread
I hope they don't put Ohio St 4.
