No. Last year was... "On June 17, 2021, Shepherd signed with the Kansas City Chiefs. He was released on August 31, 2021."
Re: 2017 Verbal: Christian Watson
Any word on who is throwing to Christian tomorrow?
Re: 2017 Verbal: Christian Watson
Watson’s issue is that he has hard hands/the drops/isn’t fluid catching the ball. That will come into play on his draft status, although not surprising if someone overlooks those issues. They are real.
Re: 2017 Verbal: Christian Watson
I feel like his hands have gotten much better over the years, particularly in 2021. His hands were fantastic during Senior Bowl week and at the combine. He's clearly been working hard at improving his main weakness.

His overall strength developed so significantly his last 2 years, and along with it great improvement in his hands. Being overly critical of his hands is somewhat 2020 news.

Yep, he caught everything last year
Re: 2017 Verbal: Christian Watson
Have to agree that his hands improved quite a bit. Not going to say he snagged everything like RJ, but he has looked far more natural the last year or so. Think he had one egregious drop this year (maybe it was last year?) but overall he made plenty of smooth catches including some difficult over the shoulder tracking and contested jump balls. I personally feel it went from a weakness to no longer a notable concern (not saying a strength).

:facepalm::facepalm: He was blocking like a TE to bail out Tyler Roehl. Only now he is able to showcase his ability as a true pass catcher.

What does blocking have to do with ball catching issues?
