The fact that we've left FCS football in the dust answers your second question. They haven't even figured out where FCS is.

I think we should wait for UND to make the jump and blaze the path for us. Next, we hold a press conference stating that we will not move up nor resume the annual game. Then, wait for 5 years to see what worked for UND, announce our move up to FBS and demand an annual game with them. Hopefully, we end up in conference that does not fit our recruiting or geographic footprint at all.

Any Conference East of West, Hope for the Best!

Reading comprehension 101. Jerry Kill does not equal MAC. I understood exactly what PL posted.

When the Gophers stop looking at MAC teams as cupcakes who should be beaten, we can talk. I don't see that happening. Losing to MAC teams will get you fired as a B1G Head Coach if you do it regularly.

JUst because they hired the coach doesnt mean they respect the conference. The two can be mutually exclusive. Yes?

I still think we should move to the NFL, move the Vikings to the Big 10, and move the Gophers to FCS. Problem is, the Gophers would prolly still have the same outcome.
