Re: NFL vs College Football if you had to pick one or the other...
Age 5-26'ish: 90% NFL, 10% college
Age 26'ish to about 2-3 years ago: 90% college, 10% NFL. That switch to being predominantly a college fan is definitely because of our move up to DIAA/FCS.
Last few years: About 50-50, swinging that way because of the aforementioned transfer portal, NIL, conference realignment reasons and because of the NFL parity.
Overall, my interest level in college and NFL football has gone from crazy, maniacal fan to average fan.

Until George Floyd! and Racism! I would have picked the NFL, if I had to choose. Though I still watch both, my interest in Saturdays is much greater than Sundays since George Floyd! and Racism! That end zone reminder to "End Racism!" and the back-of-the-helmet reminders to "Stop Hate!" are so ridiculous and disgusting.

Because of that nonsense I will never buy ANYTHING with a Nike swoosh. Ever.
Manufactured division.

So you are for racism and hate?
Re: NFL vs College Football if you had to pick one or the other...
College is better but it's becoming the NFL with frer agency. Great players have traded a legacy for money. And in most cases, it's just pedestrian money like the average person makes.

How is that ridiculous or disgusting?
Re: NFL vs College Football if you had to pick one or the other...
That's a tough one to answer. I've probably watched a little more college football over NFL games. Sometimes the NFL is frustrating because there are so many rules favoring the offense such as not being able to hit the quarterback too high or too low and there is such a competitive imbalance in the FBS and most non-playoff bowl games are even more meaningless with players hitting the portal and declaring for the draft.

I much more enjoy the college game but still watch the NFL because I love watching the game.

College, hands down. Almost never watch Billionaire Boys Club. Sell me some stubs. I might get interested.
