Yep, missed a TD and a 3rd down throw by being a few inches off on the throws. Just threw another TD though. I wouldn’t say Wentz has been fire from what I’ve seen on Redzone, but he hasn’t played bad by any measure. I’ve seen him utilize the check down more this year, which is need with the line issues.

As for Hurts, he has played well for most of this year. The problem with the Eagles extends beyond the QB position.

Might need to pick up TE Moe Alie-Cox in my fantastic league. He's becoming a favorite target for Wentz. Just caught a nice TD pass.

Man the Colts defense sucks.

Wentz has room to improve, which is to be expected as he missed so much preseason time, but a 75% completion percentage and 2 TDs v 0 INT? That's good.

He is not playing bad this year. The Colts oline is legitimately bad this year. Injuries have really screwed their juju. Wentz has been better at taking the check down this year, which is a good thing.

He had a couple bad plays early but played really well in the second half. Needs to throw with a little more anticipation and still struggles just throwing it away at times. I thought Indy's defense was better than they've played so far this season. I think if they can get healthier and play better complimentary football they can make a playoff push but they've dug a hole and are still pretty banged up.

Per PFF, Wentz has zero turnover-worthy plays this year. The INT did not count as he threw the shovel where it was supposed to be. The TE did not get into position.

Also, the Colts line was rated as the second worst line in the NFL as of last week. That isn’t based on sacks or QB hits, but win rates, etc.

I guess PFF is back on the menu.

I think Wentz had 4TD’s/7INT’s at this point last year. He has 5TDs/1INT this year. Where is the narrative that Wentz is bad coming from?

Not at all. Their D has been on fire so far. But they were in scoring postion...

Colts out played the Ravens bad. Kicker cost them the game. Also three starting DBs got hurt for the Colts which has not been good.
