Re: College Football FBS/FCS discussion thread
This is legit the most fun I’ve ever had watching a college football game that didn’t include NDSU.

They fucking better. Kansas State was #15 and they dropped out after losing by 3 on a walk off 61 yard field goal.

You should try the Sac St / Idaho game… you won’t be able to enjoy your hate boner but it’s good football.

Dumb since I have like 5 other streaming subscriptions but something about the $20 jump pissed me off.

Both QBs are legit dual threat and very effective in both phases. Good Defense, too. Not a typical Big Fluffy matchup.

Let us know if you think Sac St is a legit top 4 seed contender.

Imo, Hulu is the best live streaming service in the biz and you get Disney and ESPN pluses in that deal.

Teams are playing like they hate each other, you'd think these are bitter rivals

Right now they are both looking like legit top-8-seeders. But then again, I picked the over on this game and UT on their spread so what tf do I know?

I fell victim to one the classic blunders: Never pick Utah Tech.

Re: College Football FBS/FCS discussion thread
Sac State and Idaho tied late in 4th.

TCU might not be good and we know that Nebraska and Colorado State aren’t. I’m not sure what some of these people thought they were seeing.

Blinded by the lights reflecting off Prime’s glasses.

Idaho wins on last second FG. Griz got handled by winless NAU.

OSU-ND game is a good old fashioned game. 10-7 going into the fourth quarter.
-
Re: College Football FBS/FCS discussion thread
Montana State @ Weber State
Bobcats looking to reaffirm their top 3 rank - so far so good
20-0 in 3rd quarter. Last two games against Weber were in Bozeman
-
Re: College Football FBS/FCS discussion thread
Classic Craig Bohl game. Wyoming was losing to App State 14-19 and blocked a 47-yard fg and returned it for a td. Got the 2-point conversion to go up 22-19. Defense held the last two minutes for the win.

College Football FBS/FCS discussion thread
Prime’s press conference made me dislike him even more. On the surface he comes off as saying the right things but if you listen to when a question actually upsets him he starts to deflect or blame his players.
No talent gap my ass!!! He said the same shit in the FCS claiming his teams were better than NDSU etc
His shit will only get him so far. Sooner or later you can’t lie your way around a 5-6 win team.
I seriously think he believes his rah rah bullshit will somehow make his players Supermen.
“Take note, this is the worst we are going to be”. lol wait until next week coach.

The Griz aren't just bad; that single digit win against DII Ferris State should have been an indication of big trouble in Grizdom. When a highly thought of recruit from Kalispell doesn't choose Missoula or, for that matter, Bozeman, the "Great Bobby Hauck 2.0 Experiment" is about over. If the Griz end up 6-5, 5-6 or 4-7 (it could happen), there will be blood in the streets.

Re: College Football FBS/FCS discussion thread
Coach Vigen & Co make an adjustment.
Montana State ends up winning 40-0 over #10 Weber State.
Sean Chambers 8/17, 172 yards, 2 TD’s.

@SamHerderFCS
We’re used to an MSU offense that’s in shotgun, outside zone rushing, & RPO. With Mellott out, Chambers has mostly been under center, utilizing play-action effectively where the D can’t see the ball as well w/ the QB turning his back. Chambers is a smoother passer in this look

Mellott is still the guy when he’s back from injury, but mixing in this look more might be the best bet to get more dynamic through the air in order to beat tier 1 teams

That was an impressive win.

Re: College Football FBS/FCS discussion thread
Notre Dame only puts 10 players on the field for their final 2 defensive plays in their last second loss to Ohio St. They called their final timeout before the first of those 2 plays and there was 37 seconds of real time in between those 2 plays. That is some all-time coaching ineptitude. I shudder thinking about the type of meltdown Bisonville would have if Entz and company did something like that.

Going back to his roots. I like it. If they can stick with that and Chambers can hit some passes watch out. The reason I never considered them a true contender is their LB at QB wildcatish offense.

How many tackles did Robby Hauck add to his career record in this game?

Fox is still pumping up Colorado claiming they are #19 in their promos during the NFL when they dropped out of the AP top 25 this morning.

Saw that a couple times too.
I’d be willing to bet they get beat even worse next week. And I’ll be there for it!!
The final score yesterday was a gift.

Have they ever had the same team on 3 weeks in a row? They need a lot of lip balm .

Deion is so drained he can't even walk right eh

Re: College Football FBS/FCS discussion thread
Deion says teams better get "Me" now. Meanwhile Coach Braun's comments after their comeback against the Gophers was all about joy for his players, not himself.

LOL Daddy is rechecking the stats and reviewing all 13 game films from last season to make sure junior wasn't screwed out of an assisted tackle.
