How highs the cliff? What’s at the bottom?:rofl::rofl:
And I’m not one of his friends.

You might as well put this thought on the back burner for a couple of years.
Economic impact of virus on state budget. Economic impact of oil prices on state budget. Economic impact of commodity prices on state budget. Who knows what kind of impact the virus will have on enrollment and the NDSU budget? And the killer, if there is no football season this year!

All good points. Right now I would say there are States and Universities who will are hell bent on staying locked down until there is 100% certainty if no further infections. And, they are hate sports.

Two things every university absolutely wants in the Fall: students on campus and football games on Saturdays. They will do everything in their power to make both of those happen because they rely on both for funding and survival. It's entirely possible neither will happen, but they will do whatever they can to make both happen.

Agreed!!!
Have been wondering if fund-raising for the football training facility will be completed? Any news there? Would think it is a terrible time for such athletic facilities given so many many more important places money needs to go after this pandemic shutdown.
