Appeared to be about 3.7% truthful when the reporter questioned him about "the cause" of the blaze.
Of course......that is just my observation.......Well, probably not just mine.

3. Bud Light? And the first beer is a thin Bud Light! Yech.
This was my first time hearing from the owner. Glad he followed through on the investment in rebuilding. Hate to lose traditional places.

It looks like they did a good job and I'm looking forward to it.
I may have to re-mark the men's room with puke like I did the last one when it was new 10 years ago.

So I better get in there and try a burger or something before it turns into a cesspool again. Is the food any good? I don't drink anymore but I need a reason to check this place out.

Before the fire there was nothing special about the food but it was good... if that makes any sense. There really wasn't anything unique, it was just good tasting bar food. The Turf Burger was my go to, a po' boy, choice of regular or curly fries.

Agree. The Turf isnt a place where you go to get food. Its a place where you go to drink, and if you are hungry, the food is pretty good. Although...after a few mugs, it can be a five star establishment.

They posted the menu, has a Turf Burger always been $10?
That's not really marketing to poor college kids.
