Also interesting note, it's rumored that after 2016, Pederson and Howie were contemplating getting rid of Reich and Wentz went to bat for him to keep him aboard. Which subsequently led to 2017 and Reich getting a HC job in 18.
It may work out that Wentz helped save Reich's career and then Reich helped save Wentz's career.
