But aren’t vaccinated shedding a lot of covid? Maybe his doctor told him he IS being cautious for pregnant wife…. BOOM [emoji2962]
Now i am not as certain about this whole plan to hold him down and vaccinate him against his will to keep NDSU from being a laughingstock…

When is a person “vaccinated” anymore anyway? Well its been 5 months- put your mask back on.
The process takes at least 3 weeks and 5 to reach full immunity but that window was blown.

I can't tell you how glad I am that I am fully vaccinated. This has really sucked but I am going to be okay. I've never had anything like this, but the severity is something on the level of a mid-range flu or a really bad cold. Not the sickest I have ever been, but top 3 or 4. But nothing even in the vicinity of being life-threatening.
Carson Wentz's decision to not get vaccinated is just stupid. I'm not going to be diplomatic on this issue anymore. The medical establishment is remarkably united on this issue, and pseudo-intellectual would-be philosophers like Wentz trying to figure it out and concluding that he knows better than the medical establishment do more than endanger themselves. Here he is hurting his team as well. I suppose you have a right to not get this shot if you don't want it, but private actors have the right to shun, fire, and restrict you, and they should.
Sorry to hear this. It's a damn beast. I got my positive test on August 3. My experience as an unvaccinated person has been very similar. I was thankful to miss no work. Was quite sick for 14 days then started getting better on day 15, no hospital visit. Glad it's behind me now. Much like you, I'm VERY happy... but to have natural immunity, and not taking the vaccine, even if meant POSSIBLY not getting quite as sick. And being the good guy I am I gave it to my wife and kids too (15/13). Very little impact on wifey, zero impact on the kids. I truly hope you heal fully soon, it's not fun.

So for the stats you used about how vaccinated barely go to hospital…. Any chance those stats may be a bit off taking into account when patients are considered vaccinated??

JFC, I need somebody to help with the Twitty filibuster. I don't have any additional material plus I need to get some work done. Perhaps a Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds filibuster or one featuring Korean boy bands of the 90's.

He got his stage name while traveling on the tour bus between Conway, Arkansas and Twitty, Texas.

Interesting. If not those places then from where? What is the background of your medical training that the opinions you form from your reading should be considered more authoritative than the advice from every major medical establishment which is to get vaccinated?

Back to my point. It is time to make Wentz take this thing BY FORCE. Otherwise the smart people like this will continue to make fun of him AND US!
We gotta stand up gang!!!

Re: What sort of thread have you made for us? A Wentz thread, if you can keep it.
I thought I read only 9 of the starting QBs in the league are on the record as vaccinated. So there are plenty of schools who should be embarrassed if that’s the standard. Seems like maybe it isn’t a school problem so much as an arrogant, entitled prick problem though.

This theory doesn't hold water. I'm vaccinated but ask anyone - I'm and arrogant, entitled prick as well.

Which institute of higher learning granted your medical degree, and in which legal jurisdictions are you entitled to practice medicine?

None. I say follow guidance from FDA and CDC. If you claim otherwise cause you're well read from somewhere, what is your experience that makes you more authoritative than those institutions? Simple concept to comprehend.

Jags/ Rams Super Bowl anybody? Thanks vaccination. Not like these guys were forced into getting it at all. And they probably got the most talented guys too!
I’m looking forward to seeing the best possible football because of decision making like that!

NFL just needs to mandate vaccines like many workplaces are going to be doing. If you want to play you make sure you protect yourself and others.
Everyone gets vaccinated against things that are harmful to them. Being forced to take a vaccine for something you have well over a +99% chance of survival against isn’t being anti-vax as much as the media wants to tell you.

Why the fascination with survival rate? Like it's no big deal to be out sick for a week or two or even have other long-term symptoms.

LOL! In defense of a “vaccine” that doesn’t keep you from being contagious or getting sick?
I mean less sick tho, and less chance to get sick/be contagious WINK [emoji6]…. Makes survival rate better than 99.985!

Harvard epidemiologist discussing the “new variants” says “starting October 1, unless you’re triple vaxxed, you’re not considered fully vaxxed.”
Dude it’s like the opposite of Darwin here man. Here the unvaccinated’s like Carson Wentz and Cam Newton are just kicking it, and won’t just die already. But in the meantime kicking out all these variants and killing you guys. And you just keep taking vaccines and they just keep killing you like they are goddamn horney grizzly bears wandering down mainstreet.
Hide your kids hide your wives. After you vaccinate them for the 10th time. Oh and wear your mask.

Bill Belichick: "Your implication that the vaccination solves every problem...has not been substantiated. The number of players and coaches and staff members who have been infected with COVID after being vaccinated is a pretty high number. I wouldn't lose sight of that."
Also says Cam's vax status didn't factor in the decision to cut him.
