I think it's more of an audition for Colin Klein to call the offense in their bowl game. Klein will be the fans choice but it's hard to run an explosive offense when the QB can't make consistent passes and doesn't read the field well. I lost count of the discussions I had with K-State fans who hated Mess and I had to constantly remind them that Messingham wasn't the one making bad passes and bad decisions. It was the QB.Quote:

Johnson's final 3 were Oregon, Washington and K State. When Keinholz committed to UW, and with the Pac 12 imploding, it pretty much sealed the deal. This is a huge get for K State.
