I hope to see at least 18,000+!! I was there for the last playoff game in 1992 in my freshman year and wouldn't miss this for the world!!

On Tuesday morning, I'm going to check out the availability of the seats right beside mine. These seats (corporate Teammakers, I presume) have not been used for the last 5+ years on a consistent basis. I figure if I can buy a couple extras, I should be able to find a few 'fence-riders' and get them to come to the game.

I'm going to say 15,015, but it will be a LEGITIMATE 15,000+. Count will be very accurate on this one.

i guarantee it will be more than 16,000

Looks like the majority thinks between 16-18,000 will show up.

Turkey day puts me in the area so that I will be at the game. This is an event worth traveling to, reminiscent of the first game at the Fargodome, or the first run to the DII Championship game in 1981, the first NCAA basketball tourney. This is the start of a new tradition, FCS playoffs.

There You Are ! the 1988 Millersville game, one of my all time favorite playoff games. Anyone not decided if they are going or not, GO, you never know what kind of fireworks will come out. WOW looking at the list, this Saturday will make my 12th home playoff game appearance. That makes me THE 12th MAN, I hope about 20,000 join me at the game.

The first few games on the list were some of the coldest games. Glad the BSA was open for the Virginia Union game to warmup at the half.

I posted this in another attendance thread but thought I'd throw it up here too.

Since the tickets are likely only being sold to people who will be able to attend on Saturday (not the usual hundreds of no shows), you have to assume the attendance will be lower than what is usually reported. Factor in the holiday weekend with many fans unable to attend that will also hurt.

I think anything over 14,000 would be great attendance for this game.

The first round playoff games are usually pretty poorly attended due to it falling on a holiday weekend. Here is a look at last years first round attendance compared to the average attendance in 2009 for the host schools (and percent of average).

Interesting stats. If using a projected 75% of average attendance, that would be 12,463. Hopefully there's significantly more than tha.

Thanks, Sway, this is some good analyst on other teams and average attendance. We have been struggling to accept the lower numbers, with that said.... My nephew is stuck at the "family" thanksgiving today (saturday) probably like other students. The parents "und rubes" told him he better attend thanksgiving...

He is the only Bison of the group, the rest worship the Sue. Good thing him and my wife broke away from the pack.... When we win this week, we are going to make a guys trip and head Bozeman on Friday.

It's 5AM and I am already amped up for this game, we decide not to tailgate today, wife and dad said no way, so we are arriving at BWW's at 2PM for a marathon pregamer.

Let's all Chant "Let's Go Bison" all day long. I play on getting section 27 all chanting....
