You obviously know very little about Bison football, if THAT is what you loved. If you knew anything about football, you would know that dropping the ball and giving the other team great field position, isn't better than securing the ball and calling fair catch. Learn the game.

Make it a party, like NDSU, and people will come for a good time. I didn't get to make the rounds to meet all of you wonderful people since we didn't get there as early as we had planned so I suppose we'll stop by when UND has their next away game.
The people in section 24 were great. Maybe a little too nice for my taste since I love away games and the shit talk that occurs as a result but everyone was welcoming and pleasant. I was the guy in the green shirt and black hat trying to get the crowd louder on 3rd downs, didn't work.
The pregame atmosphere was really cool, you can tell everyone is invested in making that atmosphere what it is. Get some new video boards for Gods sake. Those things are worthless. The intro was pretty good, I thought the music would be louder, maybe the people were just that loud. The noise level reminded me of the Alerus on 2001. So, ahh, where is the beer? I would have like a couple and I'm sure I'm not the only one.
I swear to God, if I see another fucking hockey jersey at a football game im going to snap. It's unbelievable that someone would think that's the best thing they could wear to a football game.
And the game:
Our offense was bad, really bad. I think we have an average offense right now. Throw in the crowd noise and Tanguay and Sheatz and our offensive line playing like ass for a second week in a row and, well, you all saw the result. It's the worst offensive performance I've seen since we had Joey Swag Bradley at QB. I honestly didn't think your defense was THAT good but they did look improved big time from the Montana game and I think that's mostly due to CJ Smith playing. Like I said Tanguay was a manchild out there. Menard also showed his speed off the edge against the run and pass, I think his future is very bright. Basically our offense is lacking the playmakers on the outside needed to challenge your secondary and our OL is either out of sync or just not good enough yet. We've got a YOUNG offense but that's no excuse.
Your offense looked pretty good. I think we let you guys off the hook a few times. We should have blitzed more for one because we were getting in there pretty easily when we did. We also blew a couple easy plays that turned into TDs. The first TD was just a perfect throw, tip the cap. The wheel route and two RJ TDs were two blown coverages and an absolutly stupid angle and overpersuit by the safety allowing RJ to cut it inside for the score. These little things were the difference between our defense holding us in the game and you guys blowing the doors off in the second quarter. The nice thing, for me, is that these are easily correctable. But still frustrating.
You guys have the better more experienced team, which is obvious, but I'm actually not that discouraged. I saw a lot of UND players that could hang out there with the big boys. Ceislak as a FR was slugging it out yesterday and looked the part, he's gonna be good. Rattelle, if he didn't impress anyone yestersay nobody was watching. He's a beast. Reyes is young and made a couple risky errors but had a lot of big time open field tackles. Dranka, for an undersized young guy made some plays. There were a few others but there were also guys like Studsrud, our entire OL, and Brown that just weren't ready or good enough. My hope, is that I can fire the playoff matchup thread back up..... We'll see about that.
I don't think anyone will disagree about the video boards.

The OL is a work in progress that needs to improve over the next two weeks. The Bison have had only one good rushing game in three and they gave up four sacks to the moribund nameless team from the North. The six sacks total given up to three teams that have won like three games among them will not play well in the Valley.
Connor has a lot of work to do and I understand that it is a cobbled together line due to injuries but they have toget better fast.
Re: UND post-game thoughts.
We took it easy on them in the second half. Slowed it down. Could have been a 50 or 60 point game. Not saying it should have gone that way.

That...and turn the music up!! You can hardly hear Thunderstruck during the video intro.

4. Carson Wentz is the most talented NDSU player I have seen .
5. It makes me upset that we only get to see Wentz play for 2 years. I still honestly think he should have started in 2012. He was already better than Jensen back then.
6. Bubba is a nice guy. Seems like the type of guy I would like to have coffee with. With that being said, comes of as dull and and more of an old grandpa type. UND needs energy in that program right now. Not sure if he is the right guy.
7. WTF do UND fans wear hockey jerseys to football games? Can someone do them a favor and get those poor bastards some UND Football gear?
8. Vraa should have hung it up. He has clearly lost a step.
9.Where are the tight ends?......
10. Kudos to the UND fans who watched the entire game. That must have been brutal. You are better fans than I would have been.
Can't speak to your point, but he is tied with RJ with the most catches on the team at 12.

Give the UND front 7 some credit on those sacks, they are a pretty good unit. Did you see how many times UND blitzed? They did a ton of run blitzing and delayed blitzing besides on the obvious 3 and longs.
I agree the OL is a work in progress but they are getting better.
Think glass half full for once!
