Just my gut but I think there will be pending congressional action that will effectively shield the NCAA from this type of lawsuit going forward. I also think sac state has no realistic shot at FBS any time soon and their president will be working elsewhere. Again, just my gut reading the tea leaves ...

And they have taken a beating. Which is good. The BIG schools via the NCAA rules have stifled the movement of lower tier schools. The courts will get their shot.

The point remains that winning a lawsuit against the NCAA is the equivalent of pissing off the person that prepares your food. Do you want snot in every meal?

Not close. If you havent noticed the NCAA is not in any position for retribution. They are too busy trying to save their jobs and stay relevant.

Interesting concept to try to play on Sundays. No way that can be during the NFL season as even states without a NFL team have NFL teams people are fans of.

Maybe if they play into their brand … MLFs
